1. Scope

These terms apply to visitors of this website and to customers using our services. For a specific project, a signed contract prevails wherever it differs from this page.

2. Services we provide

• iOS and Android app development, including release to the app stores.
• Website, landing page and online store design and development.
• Custom management software shaped to each company workflow.
• Maintenance, upgrades and operational support after handover.

3. Intellectual property

Once payment is complete, the source code and documents written specifically for the project belong to the customer. Shared components, internal libraries and existing Tue Tran platforms remain ours, licensed to the customer for unlimited time within the project scope.

The content of this website, including text, images and brand identity, belongs to Tue Tran Company Limited. Please do not reproduce it commercially without written consent.

4. Payment, handover and warranty

Payments follow the milestones set out in the contract. After handover, each item carries the warranty period below.

5. Responsibilities

• The customer supplies content, data and an acceptance owner on the agreed schedule.
• We deliver the agreed scope and keep customer information confidential.
• We are not liable for damage caused by customer-side code changes, third-party infrastructure, or events beyond reasonable control.
• Either side gives written notice before pausing or ending a project.

6. Governing law and contact
